Real engagements. Real challenges. What we built, why we built it, and where each client stands today.
Fetch Mobility is an electric scooter and e-cycle rental startup operating in Bengaluru. Their platform enables last-mile and recreational mobility, with operations at Lalbagh Botanical Garden. Featured in Deccan Herald, Times of India, The Hindu, and New Indian Express.
Fetch had real operational traction but no structured financial model. Revenue was tracked informally and there was no defensible framework to show investors the path from current operations to profitability at scale.
We built a 5-year financial model from the ground up — starting with their unit economics: revenue per vehicle per day, fleet utilisation, maintenance costs, and expansion assumptions. We also built a pricing strategy framework integrating cost-based and value-based logic.
Fundraising preparation completed. Fetch Mobility is actively using the financial model and pricing framework in investor conversations. The raise is currently in progress.
A bottom-up 5-year financial model built on actual operational data — not industry averages. Every revenue assumption was tied to real fleet utilisation data from their Lalbagh operations.
The pricing strategy framework gave Fetch a defensible methodology for pricing decisions across different use cases, user segments, and deployment locations.
SM Medicals is a medical and surgical products distributor based in Gujarat, serving hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region — operating in a sector with strong, predictable demand and significant consolidation opportunity.
SM Medicals had a profitable, growing business but zero investor documentation. The valuation challenge was particularly complex — medical distribution is capital-intensive and margin-sensitive, and a generic revenue multiple wouldn’t survive due diligence.
We delivered a complete investor package. The financial model projected revenue growth driven by geographic expansion. The valuation report used DCF analysis calibrated to healthcare distribution with comparable transaction analysis. The pitch deck structured the full investment narrative into a coherent case.
Complete investor package delivered. SM Medicals is actively using the pitch deck, financial model, and valuation report in investor conversations. The raise is currently in process.
A full investor package — not just documents, but a coherent investment case. The valuation report concluded a defensible range using both DCF and comparable company analysis from funded medical distribution businesses in India.
